All our salads are served with a side of fruit and homemade dressings on the side, your choice of Garlic Herb Vinaigrette (low fat), Garlic Parmesan (made with a soybased mayonnaise), Honey Dijon (low fat), Traditional Ranch, Raspberry Vinaigrette (low fat), Creamy Lemon Dill, or Balsamic Vinaigrette (low fat). Extra dressing is an additional $.50. Sharing charge is an additional $1.50. Add a side of whole grain bread for $.75.

All of our sandwiches are made to order with a side of fruit. Choice of bread includes white, whole wheat, rye, 7 grain hoagie, sourdough hoagie, plain Kaiser, or whole wheat Kaiser. Substitute a side salad: mixed green or Caesar for $1.50. Add cheese, roasted peppers, or sauteed spinach for an addtional $.50. For a no carb meal you may substitute any bread for a plate of mixed greens, sliced tomatoes, and cucumbers for $1.50. Plate share charge is $1.50.
